To become a trusted partner to restaurants everywhere – offering products and services that help restaurants adapt to changing consumer trends and technology.
-34% employee growth in 12 months
Ordermark provides a platform for restaurants to manage deliveries across key last-mile services like Uber Eats, Doordash, and Postmates. Instead of handling orders across multiple platforms, restaurants can manage everything in one place. CEO and co-founder Alex Canter came from a hospitality background and had direct experience working in his family restaurant. He spotted a need for a system to help restaurants adapt to a new delivery-focused model.
The platform has processed more than $1 billion worth of orders since it launched in 2017. The pandemic accelerated the growth of delivery services, as restaurants needed to adapt to survive. Ordermark has also released a new concept called Nextbite, allowing commercial kitchens to cook for other delivery-only brands to create a new revenue stream. The company also offers the physical infrastructure for managing orders, including printers and touch screens.
It's a competitive space, with platforms like GoTab, Chowly, and Popmenu providing strong alternatives. But with a change in eating trends set to remain for the foreseeable, it's also a highly lucrative market that shows no signs of slowing.
