We're trying to build something that doesn't exist and is incredibly hard to do - that means the work is challenging but equally rewarding. We're a deeptech business so this isn't your run-of-the-mill business.

Ori has a very clear set of principles as a result of input from across all team members. We genuinely live by them, and one of those key principles is "a well-informed team is a kill team". We're always trying to do more to give everyone all the facts they need to make better and braver decisions.

We're a remote-first team (although we're also figuring out how to ensure we spend meaningful time with one another) so everyone works to their own schedule. Childcare, school-runs, dentist appointments - no stress about booking time off, so long as the work is done and done well.

Lots of direct engagement with the CEO and there's a lot of trust in employees to really drive their own agenda in their field, under the umbrella of the business' vision and mission.

I've held more senior position elsewhere, for less money! Share options too. Lot's of opportunity for progression too as the business grows.
