Our take

As a company scales it can quickly run into difficulties managing customer experience. Size introduces complexities in internal and external interactions, leading to dissatisfied customers. Enter OvationCXM, a customer experience management platform that aims to connect the entire customer experience, smoothing over disconnects that can frustrate customers and lose their business.

OvationCXM (previously trading as Boomtown) is built with a low- or no-code architecture, allowing businesses to integrate its capabilities swiftly. It is also notable for the sheer number of integrations it has built in, allowing it to easily draw information from third-party partners in sectors as disparate as fintech and healthcare. Its capabilities have been recognized by companies such as Coca-Cola, GoDaddy and Bank of America.

OvationCXM recently raised Series C funding led by Telstra Ventures, and is experiencing 600% year-on-year sales growth. This influx of capital will allow it to reach new clients, develop its capabilities and research new technologies to support the CXM platform. It is also investing heavily in talent to help drive the company's rapid expansion.
