Smartphones have given rise to many useful apps including those that help users track their health, fitness, and the food that they eat. While many nutrition apps exist to help people count calories or work towards health goals, many of these apps follow a one-size-fits-all approach, despite the fact that every person's body is different.

Oviva provides a personalised nutritional and lifestyle coaching mobile app, designed to help users improve their long-term health by changing habits, improving their diet, and working towards health goals based on their specific health data and needs.

While many startups offer digital dietary tools such as calorie counters and diet trackers, Oviva has found a gap in the market by focusing on providing dietary advice tailored to each individual user's body type and nutritional requirements. And it works directly with health insurers, doctors and national healthcare systems in the UK, Germany and Switzerland, making it a standout in its industry.
