Our team has a weekly catchup to connect the commercial and tech departments who are in different timezones! I chat with the CEO daily, and every idea is discussed and quite often implemented using your own initiative. I feel I am always contributing to driving the company towards our ambitious goals.

One day I will be exhibiting at an expo in Glasgow, the next onsite w/ a client at their solar farm, before working the rest of the week at a cowork/at home. The diversity day-to-day is fantastic. The flexible working our CEO champions has been life changing. Gone are the days of rigid corporate policies.

Seven months into my role, I was unexpectedly approached about taking on more responsibility, as senior leadership was impressed by my positive impact on the company. Targets + goals are incredibly clear and I know exactly what the CEO wants to see, and the timeframe, prior to another promotion.
