To empower women to manage and solve their sensitive skin issues.
The days where organic skincare products meant poorer performance are long gone, thanks in no small part to Pai Skincare, a British startup founded in 2007 as a response to founder Sarah Brown's difficulty in finding treatment for her hyper-reactive skin. Since then, Pai Skincare has grown into a leader in vegan, cruelty-free and organic skincare products, aimed not only at selling skincare products, but also at helping people feel good about their skin.
Thanks to its certified B Corp status, its customers can also feel good about the choice they've made when buying a Pai product. The effectiveness of its in-house treatments and its ethical production processes has generated a large and growing customer base. Its recent expansion from an e-commerce operation to brick-and-mortar sales, through partnerships with the likes of Sephora and John Lewis, has also helped bolster sales and raise awareness of its products.
This strong performance hasn't gone unnoticed, and Pai has received significant investment over the years. This funding is being used to scale Pai's partnership program, to accelerate the company's growth in the UK, and to expand into the European market. As customers are increasingly demanding that the brands they use are both effective and ethical, Pai is well placed to continue its rapid growth.
