Our take
Paiger was born to take advantage of the shift in the way people prospected, built, and communicated their businesses. Its software helps Paiger's customers take their recruitment marketing to the next level.
With solutions for recruiters, sales, marketing, and small businesses, its platform helps clients discover new opportunities and build relationships with their clients and candidates on social media. Central to this approach is giving clients the tools to unleash the power of their recruiters and tap into greater networks.
This approach has gained Paiger thousands of recruiters as clients, including CloudCall, McGregot Boyall, Lorien, and Impellam Group. In future, Paiger is bringing out several important features, including Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn integrations.

Leadership
Darren Westall
(CEO)After working at Broadbean Technology for almost 11 years, he left his position as CTO to found Paiger in August 2018. He has served as CEO ever since.
People progressing
After a degree at Sheffield Hallam University, Ella Grimmer worked in Social Media Events Promotion for two years before joining Paiger in July 2019. In January 2021, she was promoted from Implementation Manager to Engagement Manager.
Toni spent over 10 years at Broadbean Technology before joining Paiger in February 2019 as a Customer Success Manager. Since November 2020, she has worked as part-time Administrator.
