We are facilitators of sustainable multi-channel marketing, working with high growth ecommerce businesses who are looking to utilise this new approach to direct mail to supplement their existing digital comms strategy.

Our take

Almost every direct-to-consumer business now uses a form of programmatic marketing, the automatic sending of online personalised messages to users of their product based on digital cues. Paperplanes allows businesses to add in a physical mail channel to their programmatic setup.

Clients like Gousto and Elle have been attracted to how physical mail is a non-saturated communication channel compared to emails which consumers are now often blind deleting.

Paperplanes has a unique partnership with industrial scale printers allowing for less than 48-hour campaign execution. The company is now looking to expand their services geographically while refining and enhancing the analytical offering.
