Monthly performance reviews with a clear structure of how your career will progress including timeframes, already been promoted in two-three months of working here.

I interviewed for PF back in October but ended up taking another job instead. PF contacted me again in February as they were re-hiring... that's the individual energy and recognition they give you. Everyone is likeminded, progressive, inspiring, motivating - and actually care about each other.

The platform which has been created/is being created is fantastic - my role has morphed into the freelancer success side and the feedback I constantly receive from them is so grateful for the benefits our product offers them. On my first day at Passionfruit, I was asked my opinion on a number of important ideas. I immediately felt valued and like my opinion really mattered. As the company is growing so fast, there are tons of opportunities to grow and develop, which is really important when joining a new company.

At Passionfruit you are really trusted and you have loads of autonomy. There is no micro-managing which is so refreshing. That being said, we all work closely as a team and regularly brainstorm to make sure we're all on the same page and generating new ideas. Every week, we have weekly therapy where we go through topics that we are excited about and those which we are nervous about so we can get everyone's opinion.

I love working at Passionfruit because we are genuinely changing people's lives. We help marketing specialists have more flexibility and freedom so they can do more of the work they love. Some specialists joined Passionfruit as a freelancer on top of their full-time job and now work freelance full-time, using the opportunities we provide. We're also helping start-ups and companies access top-tier talent without paying ridiculous prices.
