Pathlight takes a different approach - rather than eliminating negatives, it aims to boost positives by giving employees the ability to see how they are performing, and providing a clear overview for managers.

With a simple-to-use cloud based solution, Pathlight allows everyone in a business to access information quickly. Being able to keep track of your own performance on a daily basis, rather than waiting to be told by a manager, can be beneficial, particularly in larger businesses. Staff can easily identify their weak points and make proactive changes to address them.

Pathlight provides clear visual representation of data, and integrates with popular platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and G Suite. Proving that it remains an innovator, the company has most recently focussed on bringing AI capabilities to the platform. It launched Conversational Intelligence (CI), a tool leveraging multiple large language models for in-depth analysis of customer interactions, allowing users to make informed business decisions based on data that would otherwise go unused.
