Our take

Financial documents can take up a lot of time to manage and organise, especially at a time when many companies are levelling up their digital footprint and capabilities whilst also striving to become more transparent in their financial operations. Penzilla has capitalised on the need for structured financial document organisation online via its fintech software, which is capable of displaying and broadly managing both old and new contracts.

Though there are a number of financial document digitisation companies on the market, Penzilla’s USP is its ability to transfer older contracts online, maintaining uniformity in both future and past operations. However, the company is still small and young, and only achieved seed funding in 2023. Penzilla, then, still has a lot of growing to do to compete against the larger market players, but it seems to have made a good start.
