Our take

PerchPeek is helping the world decide where to live, providing a personal service for movers but without the hefty price tag. It is based on the belief that finding the right home in the right city - let alone country - is already hard enough.

The global employee relocation management market — valued at $29 billion in 2017 — is set to grow at 3.3% by 2024. As well as being an affordable service, PerchPeek’s USP is that it tries to understand you. Using its relocation experts, it is able to come up with bespoke options that will appeal to you. Tech giants like Netflix and Amazon have already proven how powerful personalisation is in improving the customer journey and attracting more sales.

Initially described as "the Tinder of rental property", PerchPeek have since developed into a completely unique, global relocation service- transforming the industry. Their recent funding will be used to further international expansion across 47 countries.

Company values

  • Customer obsession | We built this business because we know first-hand how difficult moving can be. It can be easy to not put customers first; at PerchPeek, a singular focus in serving customers drives everything we do.
  • Social responsibility | Some companies extract from society whilst others enhance it. We know what camp we want PerchPeek to be in. Let's take responsibility, work together and build a company that we are all proud to work for.
  • Performance culture | Doing things well is addictive. World class teams do not just show up, they overachieve. No task is too small to not give 100%, no problem too large to shy away from tackling head on.
  • Think big | Millions of people move around the world each year; we have the chance to shape their experience. We will not be constrained by how things were done; instead, we’ll inspire each other to dream big on a daily basis.
  • Curiosity | We’re building a global business, moving our users into new cultures and new communities. To grow our business, we have to also be comfortable growing as individuals.
  • Move rapidly | Everyone is encouraged to take risks. Failures can be fixed. But we won't succeed if we stand still. Review the data you have, take ownership and make that call.
  • Having fun | Work might be hard, but it should never be boring. We applaud the Perchies that help make our daily lives enjoyable.
  • Be empathetic | With Perchies and customers around the world, empathy helps us realise that there’s always more than one perspective. We value those that put themselves in others' shoes when taking decisions.
