It unlocks the value of the right words at every customer interaction, helping businesses to persuade its customers to perform an action. It has added generative AI features to its product line, allowing companies to generate precisely targeted copy in UI elements (for instance, the header of a eCommerce shopping cart page) to customers in real time.

Best Buy, Citi, Verizon Wireless and Neiman Marcus are just some of Persado's clients. However, their technology can be used beyond the corporate world. Persado works with public sector agencies which can use its tools to boost stakeholder engagement.
