When the anonymous profile is completed, companies contact candidates with relevant offers and are only charged a fee if a position is filled. Pflegia demonstrates its commitment to long-term relationships with employers by refunding this fee if the caregiver leaves within the probationary period, which sets it apart from standard recruitment agencies.
Pflegia was founded in 2018 with hopes of improving job satisfaction for nurses, which then plummeted during the pandemic.
