According to Pilotbase, a lot has changed in the past 30 years, but aviation recruitment has not kept up. Pilotbase wants to rethink how pilots find jobs and how employers advertise their roles by developing a solution that improves how aviation recruitment works.
Pilotbase differentiates itself through not only connecting pilots to jobs but also supporting them throughout their careers - it aims to become the go-to place for pilots when it comes to anything related to their jobs.
The company's main priorities are to develop its solution in order to make it more effective and scalable, and to convince more employers to publish aviation jobs on its platform.
