Company mission

To automate, connect and improve the securities finance industry.

Our take

After a trade is complete, buyers and sellers use post-trade services to compare details, approve transactions and arrange for transfer. But this process has typically been riddled with inefficiencies from manual tasks and low connectivity between parties.

This is what Pirium has been tackling since founding back in 2000. The company delivers a secure processing hub for organizations in the securities finance industry to link up with other market participants, and electronically process and verify key transaction details.

It is an established player in this sector, with over 180 financial institutions making use of its central automation hub - including 25 of the 30 global systemically important banks (G-SIBs). With its deep industry knowledge and strong reputation, we expect more good things from Pirium in the future.
