Every individual team member is encouraged to share their knowledge and experience and ask questions at any point, we have a pretty open-door policy across the office and an amazing and supportive team. We have a daily stand down where we can share and discuss any learnings from the day and/or any pressing matters affecting users or internal issues so everyone is aware of what's going on across all departments so nobody is ever blindsided or left out.

Hard work is always recognised in the team from all sides. I have never in my whole working life received this much positive feedback from an employer and team, nor have I heard of anyone else who has! Successes are congratulated, and non-successes coached to become success. There is no shame or embarrassment no matter what. Education and growth is encouraged everywhere. For me, Pixie has been the most incredible and supportive workplace and I'm so thankful I've had the opportunity to work here. I genuinely love coming in to work which is something I never thought I would be able to say!

No micromanaging, nobody breathing down necks. Instead we have trust, limitless opportunities and space for growth, endless support and knowledge pooling, and a leader instead of a boss. I'm encouraged to take the initiative but supported in doing this from all sides so I'm never just thrown in the deep end (unless I choose to jump in!).
