Unlike other utilities services, Please Connect Me provides its service completely free of charge. Instead, it makes revenue from the utilities companies it connects with appropriate homeowners.
The startup is focusing on deploying partnerships to refine their product and services further. For example, working with Ideavate to deliver a digital companion for their phone-based concierge service.
The challenge for the company is consistently improving the terms agreed with utilities companies. The hope for Please Connect Me is that by reaching thousands of more homeowners, it will have the leverage to negotiate even better deals from utilities companies, furthering its profit while passing on value to its users.
