Our take
It can take years, often decades, to develop plans for improved urban transport systems. The legislation, funding and team coordination required can set back pressing city projects immensely. This is why Podaris set out to create a platform that helps urban planning teams collaborate on infrastructure, transport, engineering and public engagement projects.
Whilst Podaris does focus on improved project development tools, its solution also addresses the need for seamless communication between the many teams involved in a project. Using Podaris, fundraisers, engineers, planners and stakeholders can shorten the feedback cycle whilst using intelligent engineering tools to sketch out their plans on a collaborative digital platform. In short, the platform combines intelligent design capabilities with advanced PMS software, ensuring accessibility and transparency.
Recent clients using Podaris have included a collaboration between South Korean academic institutions and Liverpool City Council, using digital twin maps to increase the efficiency of Liverpool City bus routes. Its inspired project collaborations like these sets Podaris out as a pioneering force for the future of city planning.
