Polygo's mission is to mobilise young professionals around problems that matter to make a collectively-outsized, positive impact on society.
50% female employees
Polygo is a spin-out from the renowned Founders Forum – an invite-only, events-driven entrepreneurs’ community and startup incubator. The company taps into a growing desire amongst young people to work for purpose-driven businesses in which they can rise quickly, rather than purely profit-driven corporations.
It selects what it deems high-potential graduate talent and provides training in a range of tech skills before pairing them with high-growth startups. The fact that Polygo already has access to the Founders Forum community ensures that it won’t struggle to attract big name startups. On top of this, its promise to source and upskill talent itself, rather than leaving this to the hiring company, should add to its appeal.
Polygo’s emergence looks to be part of a wider expansion from the Founders Forum, which has sold a minority stake to Silicon Valley Bank and also made a number of acquisitions. Even though it’s still in its infancy, Polygo’s network should see it grow quickly.
