To enable every human to build mental fitness to fulfill their true potential for happiness, performance and contribution.
The mind can often our own worst enemy. Negative thoughts and self-sabotage can severely lower our potential for happiness and performance, and induce stress, anxiety and a range of negative emotions. Positive Intelligence, founded by the NY Times bestselling author Shirzad Chamine, seeks to improve mental fitness with a neuroscience-based approach to mental health.
Aimed at both individuals and teams, Positive Intelligence is a combination of daily practices and weekly training sessions delivered through a mobile app. Compared to other mental wellbeing solutions that are limited due to being one-shot sessions or isolated exercises, Positive Intelligence drives results by using its program to develop healthy habits that lead to mental fitness. Those results speak for themselves: 85% of participants report increased happiness and 91% say they are able to manage stress better, among a raft of other positive outcomes.
The effectiveness of Positive Intelligence's program has seen it taken up by hundreds of organizations including the likes of P&G, Stanford Univeristy, Nestle and Google. Sadly, poor mental wellbeing is likely to continue to be a general problem for many people worldwide, but Positive Intelligence is in an excellent position to provide at least part of the solution.
