Practice Pal is an app that helps music learners practice their skills and supports them in their learning process.
The company differentiates itself by providing users with a wide range of tools aimed to facilitate the learning process. For example, users can connect with skilled professional musicians, track their progress and evaluate their performance by watching previous practice sessions. Additionally, Practice Pal has an agreement with one of the UK music exam boards (who examine in over 40 countries) to deliver their exams through their ecosystem.
Practice Pal is an early-stage start-up. Having raised its first round of funding, it's backed by a team considerably experienced in the industry and has exciting potential to tap into the instrumental music education market.

A small high performing team that just gets stuff done. Being a startup, things pivot and change quickly, and the team has achieved a ton given how small it is.

Hard working team

Everyone is quick to give credit where credit is due in team meetings. Being such a small nimble team, great ideas are seized upon and actioned very quickly. I've often pitched an idea (for a film, social post, etc) and have been told "Love it. Now go do it!" We are in the "try things and fail fast" stage, so often we will analyse why something didn't work as much as we are thinking about why something did work. Everyone is quick to encourage and support one another when things just aren't working out.

The team has great energy together - especially when we meet up in person. The team is unified in our vision to improve music education, and we are proud to be making waves in the industry with our innovative tools and support for teachers, learners, and schools. People genuinely have good senses of humour and are quick to lighten the mood in a genuine and supportive way during tough days.
