The company has become a leader of navigating the complex sales cycle of enterprises, signing licence deals with customers such as the NHS, HSBC and BT.
Privitar recently closed a strong Series C round of £64 million which will enable the company to further accelerate the innovation of the products and support growth initiatives such as international expansion and increased hiring across sales, services, product development, and other areas of the business

Engineers at Privitar really enjoy working together to solve hard problems. I think we do a really good job of having fun while being productive. Solving the "privacy problem" is something that's never been done before, and even being on the leading edge of it means we've only scratched the surface. Taking something innovative from a whiteboard to protecting real data is both a major challenge and incredibly satisfying.

Data Privacy is an exciting area to work in, it is evolving rapidly from academia all the way through to government policy. Not only do we have to keep up with these changes, but we also need to ensure that anything we built scales with the large data sets our customers are trying to protect.
