Programmai was founded on the idea that marketing is easily gamed, campaign metrics don’t reflect what’s really going on and, on top of this, selectively using historic data in silo is not the optimal way to make decisions. It uses predictive marketing technology to help brands improve their ability to acquire new and repeat customers at scale.

Programmai's innovation comes from the fact that by connecting first-party data to the platform, it can make accurate customer predictions for clients, activate different audiences, and improve the return on investment - this enables brands to acquire new and repeat customers and gain a better understanding of their customers’ behaviour. The company’s client list currently includes major brands like Treatwell, OFFICE and Student Beans.

Programmai's ultimate goal is to build an easy-to-use platform to unleash the power of Machine Learning to make digital marketing easier for clients. It continually invests into its platform in order to facilitate this.
