Our take
As multi-store businesses look to digitise their brick-and-mortar operations, they can run into difficulties providing wayfinding services to customers, or managing dispersed real-world assets. Purple AI helps these businesses to improve store connectivity, with location services such as in-store customer WiFi provision, wayfinding and asset tracking solutions.
Of particular note, Purple has worked with a number of hospitals to meet the complex connectivity and asset management needs of employees and patients. Boasting the ability to provide wayfinding solutions for these facilities - in which patients and visitors navigate multiple floors to reach the right ward - showcases the utility of Purple's suite.
Alongside its wide net of hospital clients, Purple provides WiFi solutions for the likes of McDonald’s, Pizza Express, and the Hard Rock Cafe - a lofty client list in terms of brand popularity. As location services become more important across the board, the company will likely have the chance to build on this established presence even further.
