To support fitness professionals by simplifying their lives with highly effective technology.
PushPress’ gym management software allows fitness enterprises and professionals to more easily manage memberships, billing, and booking. The company launched in 2013 and has grown steadily, now active in over 2,000 gyms around the world.
The last few years have seen gym management software climb in popularity. This boom has been accelerated by the emergence of more and more boutique enterprises and independent trainers. The pandemic also played quite a role, as membership retention and booking came under the spotlight.
PushPress has innovated its product astutely over the years – its acquisition of fitness app Ignite enabled it to launch a client-facing workout tracking system for example.
However, there’s plenty of competition in the gym management field, with the likes of Glofox, WellnessLiving, and Mindbody also performing well. That said, the leadership team at PushPress have many years of experience in their industry which should stand them in good stead. They’ve been managing the company’s growth responsibly too, so it’ll be interesting to see if an aggressive scale up is on the cards, or if the steady approach continues.
