Qatalog

For me learning is very important in my work. At Qatalog I've learned so much and been able to work on very many things I had not had chance to work on previously. May it be from company process set up to how healthcare works in different countries and Brexit changes - learning possibilities are endless!

All the people in the team are so friendly, kind and funny. Team meetings are a joy to look forward to as we get to laugh so much at them!

We're working on big things and it is so impressive and encouraging to see how dedicated the team is, and how capable they are.

Everyone is really helpful and the dev meetings are relaxed and fun. No-one is harsh or judgey.

Everyone owns a workstream and takes responsibility for their bit. Implementation decisions are yours to make, but you also have full support from your team-mates to bounce ideas around etc. There's no dictatorship or micro-management.

Everyone pulls together to make things a success. People are happy to help whenever you have questions or need a hand. It's not a bunch of individuals working in siloes.

Very awesome people that together are building an mazing software.

There's lots of cross-functional collaboration for teams in Qatalog. This gives us a lot of opportunities to learn from each other in ways that can be less prevalent in siloed teams. It's great!

At Qatalog we have multiple ways for surfacing issues across the organization, from the all-hands meetings to the weekly design crits to the #product chatroom, all opinions are valued and welcome!

We've got a giant opportunity at Qatalog and the team knows it. It's not uncommon for the team to rally together to get things out the door, with everyone pitching in where they can. It's really refreshing to work with colleagues so passionate about building the right thing for our customers!
