To help people-centric leaders build successful, sustainable organisations, by listening insightfully.
Organisational leaders need to find effective ways to listen to employees in order to create stronger teams, make better decisions and boost performance. Qlearsite was founded after the co-founders identified this asymmetric information problem while working with clients in their consulting careers.
The company aims to address this challenge by providing companies with analytics software built for employee big data, allowing leaders, from HR Managers to CEOs, to understand how employees feel about different topics via surveys. The employee surveys designed by Qlearsite involve research-led question sets that provide clients with in-depth analysis of their workforce. The company counts NHS Wales, Virgin Media, the Stroke Association and Deloitte among its clients.
An increasing number of companies have started to realize the importance of giving their workforce an opportunity to report to managers more often, instead of only a few times a year. The people analytics market is growing: it was valued at $2bn in 2020 and is expected to reach $4.24bn by 2026. If Qlearsite is able to capitalise on this growth, it should see future success.
