Quantive (formerly known as Gtmhub) was created when, back in 2015, its founders spotted a space in the market for an analytics platform that would help organizations track important metrics to improve decision making. It is a SaaS startup making a promising contribution to the growing Objectives and Key Results OKR software sector. OKR began as a popular tech firm planning method, and has since seen appetite for it grow both internationally and in other industries.
Quantive is successfully riding the wave of uptake with its software and services, which help with implementation, training, and tracking. It faces competition from other high-growth rivals like Ally and WorkBoard, but for now, the market is sufficiently spacious - and growing - to comfortably accommodate the wave of new players. Moreover, Quantive's focus on enterprise-scale clients should see it carve out a strong revenue stream, whilst more affordable offerings keep them accessible to smaller companies.
Playing in Quantive's favor, too, is the demonstrable investor confidence it has inspired through impressive year-over-year growth. Successive investment rounds have yielded remarkable successive increases in money raised. If Quantive can keep on this track, it should enjoy further growth. The company's current focus on scaling its operations to support as many leaders as possible will help facilitate this.

One of the key values of Gtmhub is transparency. Fortunately this is something management has stuck to and is very appreciated. As we're mostly remote, I would say we have an open-inbox policy, everyone really is just a slack/email away and you are encouraged to share any concerns you have. If you prefer anonymity, we have monthly all hands meetings and have a slido for questions.
