Quell is on a mission to make fitness gaming incredible. Our launch title helps you get fit fighting, running, leaping and dodging your way through an unforgettable fantasy world. We’ve built a game-changing wearable device which adds resistance, powerful haptics and motion tracking to the player’s actions without the need for a VR set-up.
For many people, exercise is a daunting or uninteresting prospect. Quell has solved this problem by combining expert fitness workouts with absorbing gaming experiences.
Quell is developing a platform for fitness gaming, currently planned to work for PC and Mac at launch. The company is supported by a range of high-profile backers, including Twitch's founding team, which is testament to the product's viability.
By developing their own games and consoles, Quell has been able to open and maintain diverse, profitable revenue streams. It will need to continue to invest in leading gaming talent if it wants to hold onto consumers' interest.

I have never worked in a place that cares so much about how well their employees feel. We have meetings every two weeks to check the state of this, as well as of other areas that could be affecting our work. If an employee is working overtime, then his/her schedule/tasks will be changed so that this never happens again.

We can work from home a couple of times per week, so that we can progress on our tasks on our own relaxed space, and we can start/stop working at different times during the day (respecting some established core hours) helping organize our personal life a bit better.

I love the team here! Everyone is great at what they do and also just a great person to know. I love hanging out, getting lunch, and having drinks. With the pace we're moving at and the scale of the project, it could get kind of intense, but the bonds we have mean work is always more fun than it is stressful.
