Our take
RVO is a healthcare marketplace platform that helps US citizens seek information and connect with clinicians, whilst also saving money on treatment. The company operates the Healthline Group, which is comprised of a portfolio of healthcare industry websites such as Healthline, Psych Central, and Bezzy, bringing in a combined 100 million users a month.
Another venture of RVO Health is its Optum Store, which sells FSA and HSA-eligible health and wellness products. The D2C marketplace connects customers to virtual mental and general healthcare clinics and online pharmacies.
RVO Healthcare throws a wide net, but its growth since its founding in 2022 has been unprecedented. It succeeded in becoming a portfolio company through strategic acquisitions, and evidence suggests it has a high level of influence in the USA through its digital-first approach to healthcare.
