Our take

Founded in 2008, Reconteur is a publishing company specialising in showcasing and promoting businesses within the B2B sector. As a publishing house, its articles enjoy a global readership, while its dedicated departments for lead generation, brand awareness, and thought leadership focus on delivering business analytics and consultancy services.

Unlike other business journalism companies, Raconteur’s diversified operations mean that it can gain more revenue even when readership dips. That’s not a problem for Raconteur though, as a weekly supplement within the Times newspaper it has a different theme each week, which incentivises advertisers and sponsors to promote their companies through the platform.

One of the defining features of Raconteur's articles is its emphasis on data visualisation. By combining impactful data presentation with accessible and insightful writing, Raconteur has not only thrived but also outperformed many similar publishing houses in the era of digital journalism.
