Our take
Radius Agent has set out to dominate the world of real estate. As a virtual real estate brokerage, it delivers a platform and services that have grown exponentially since its first launch - covering brokers on all bases from networking to branding and marketing, and all sorts of services in-between.
Beginning as a social network for brokers - a platform which is still very much part of their service - the company's expansion has allowed the exploration of many different corners of the busy real estate market. It does face competition, but there's no single company offering the range of services that Radius does, which makes it an attractive option in the space.
Agents and teams can operate under the Radius Agent umbrella with their own personal branding, growing their businesses more easily and quicker than with only their own resources. With good funding at its back, the company appears to be invested in expanding its operations and increasing its footprint across the US.
