Our take

The switch to remote learning and student life over Covid closures caused an upheaval in the way colleges curated and managed their operations. Student Information Systems (SIS) that were previously outdated required profound tech overhauls as colleges were forced to digitally transform, and Rah Rah was one of the startups to step in.

Rah Rah’s community engagement platform aims to help ease the campus information overload for students. The service allows students to book and access services and activities from one centralized mobile app. They will have to compete with the likes of Ready Education, used by over 450 institutions, whose Campus Community App is plugging the same gap.

To help compete, Rah Rah are inviting Universities into the design and critiquing process, which will help them keep ahead in this rapidly changing landscape. Moreover, with nearly 70% of institutions reporting pandemic-inspired engagement with digital transformation, Rah Rah’s market is growing.
