The demand for traditional cabled headphones and speakers has dropped dramatically in recent years due to innovations in wireless audio technology, resulting in a lucrative new industry. However, despite the demand, wireless audio technology still often follows a one size fits all approach to listening purposes, and due to the dominance of headphone producers such as Apple and Samsung, the prices are unaffordable for many.

Raycon sells wireless headphones and speakers, with each product being purpose-specific such as for everyday listening, exercise, gaming, and work. The company has differentiated itself from other wireless audio equipment producers by focussing on influencer-driven affiliate marketing for sales, whilst offering its products at a significantly lower price than competitors.

Whilst the company’s biggest challenge will be competing with the likes of Apple’s AirPods and Samsung’s Galaxy Buds, Raycon’s focus on influencer-driven marketing has allowed it to tap into a previously untouched market. The company also shows potential to stand out with its focus on providing more affordable alternatives to consumers, specialized designs, and a long-term customer satisfaction return policy.
