Our take

Rebag is a platform for the sale and purchase of luxury handbags. The website stocks many of the world's most exclusive brands, such as Louis Vuitton and Gucci. Founded in 2014, the brand was originally split across two separate sites, referred to as Rebagg and Trendlee, before combining in 2017.

The firm has since become renowned in the fashion industry, accruing a raft of awards. Rebag's top competitors include Da Milano, Outdoor Voices and Lulus. However, its focus on empowering resellers is what helps set it apart, as it continues to release attractive features such as its consignment selling service.

While the company has been hugely successful online, the business also operates brick and mortar stores. Moving forward, Rebag plans to keep on investing in the underlying technology required to simplify the buying and selling process. It also recently partnered with resale platform thredUP in a move that brings new features to customers of both companies.
