On top of this, the company's dynamic pricing strategy ensures the best possible returns for each property, and hosts can even choose to add cleaning and maintenance services to their packages.
All-in-all, it's an attractive proposition for those who want to rent out their spaces short-term without spending the time to manage multiple listings. With a founder who has a wealth of experience as an Airbnb host, Red Kite is starting from experienced foundations, and it will be interesting to see where it goes from here.
