Our take

Marketing teams have dozens of tools at their disposal to augment their businesses’ outreach efforts. However, all of these different cloud-based software platforms means a fragmented, confused view of the customer, ironically leading to sub-optimal performance!

Redpoint’s platform unifies customer data into one gold-standard view fit for scaling personalized messaging and customer experiences. Crucially, Redpoint ensures that every customer has a singular ID, dramatically simplifying workflows for marketing teams.

The startup is focused on geographic expansion and entering new verticals, like healthcare, where data management has notoriously failed customers.

However, the technology company faces some threat from tech giants like Salesforce, Adobe, and Oracle who have all announced CDPs. Taking on these competitors should be possible for the company focused solely on CDP who have thus far provided a more feature-rich service than any provider on the market.
