There are no core hours here a Replicated. Each team allows for autonomy within the roles. I feel that each manager understands their ICs work ethics and trusts them to get their work done.

This detail is the most important to me, as I feel that if you have a good manager it can make or break your work / life balance. My manager does checks in with me consistently to ensure my workload is appropriate. As well as my VP schedules time for us to just talk as a team to get to know one another, which is key for a remote team to feel more engaged.
