Our take
The growing demand for therapists and counsellors in recent ears has led to market saturdation and long waiting lists. This saturation makes it challenging to find a therapist who specializes in specific areas of need, creating barriers for patients seeking help and making it more difficult for therapists to connect with the right clients.
Resilience Labs provides a personalized therapist marketplace, matching users with a therapist within 48 hours based on answers to a short survey. The survey considers mental health needs in addition to personal values and preferences and is backed up by additional human support from the company's team of Care Coordinators.
Whilst many other therapy marketplaces have appeared over the last decade, Resilience Labs has been smart to recognize that the filters and search engines of existing solutions simply do not facilitate effective matching. Through its advanced human-interrupted data-driven approach, the company aims to make it easier for people to receive the specific care that they need, whilst improving the chances that therapists will find a long-term client.
