Buy-now-pay-later is no new concept, but in the B2B payments space it is still fairly uncommon, mainly because offering these options can be both complex and risky. The value of Resolve's platform is in its ability to massively reduce the time and work needed to manage net terms. It automates payment processing, reminders, and collections, as well as handling credit checks, credit decisions, and invoicing. This means that users can boost the purchasing power of their buyers and incentivise them to return, all while reducing bad debts and hence avoiding cash flow delays.
Back in 2021, Resolve raised $25 million in equity funding, which has enabled it to secure its place in the up and coming B2B buy-now-pay-later market. More recently, the company announced an integration with Netsuite that brings heightened visibility and control to its capabilities - enhancing the platform further for existing clients and hopefully attracting even more.
