Retina AI produces tools which leverage AI technology and a company’s customer data to identify their most valuable customers (those most likely to return for more). It does this in a number of ways including lead scoring, budget optimization and lookalike-customer identification.
One of the most important metrics for online businesses is Customer Lifetime Value, but this also happens to be one of the most difficult to calculate and predict. Retina’s tools make this easy to view by integrating with Shopify, as well as Google and Facebook’s Ads platform.
Despite only setting up shop in 2017, Retina already powers a number of key enterprises – including Nestle, Capital One Shopping and Maddison Reed. As they grow, Retina AI plans to begin targeting smaller new companies who don’t have the resources to tackle customer data themselves.

Emad Hasan
(CEO)Emad started their career with 6 years as a Controls Engineer at Sikorsky Aircraft and Boeing before working as a Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton. They worked at PayPal and Facebook before founding Xpertly in 2016, and Retina the following year.
