Our mission is to protect brands from fraud, open up new operational efficiencies and of course, provide innovative customer experience solutions that directly impact hard metrics such as sales and conversions.

Our take

Oftentimes, the most frustrating part of online purchases – for the client and the company – is returns. Online shops must strike a balance between timely refunds and an assurance they will receive the item, and customers can be permanently put off by a lengthy or complicated process. Recognising this, Reveni offers an instant returns solution, to turn the present headache of returns into an opportunity for brands to build loyalty and trust.

Many brands rely on efficient returns as part of their appeal, but Reveni brings this to the next level. The platform makes quick refunds accessible for all sizes of business, including smaller companies which may struggle with returns-based operations. Reveni assures that a customer is refunded as soon as they have decided the item is not for them, and the company need only confirm all is well when they receive the return. As well as captivating existing customers, this can have an especial effect on first-time buyers, as it minimises the risk in purchasing from an unknown site.

Reveni has already handled more than €1.5 million in returns and has a long list of eCommerce clients. The company has received substantial investment which is cited to be used to expand its business model in a range of markets.
