Online reviews give companies valuable insight into what is and isn’t working in their businesses, but it is often challenging for businesses to find, collate, and explore patterns in these reviews.
ReviewTrackers addresses these problems by providing a subscription service that gives companies a platform in which they can view and respond to reviews from many different review sites. The platform also allows companies to solicit new reviews. Negative reviews can have a massive impact on a business’s image, so the ability to reply and to encourage positive reviews is crucial to managing an online image.
The company does face some competition from others such as Google, which also aggregates reviews. However, its additional features (such as making it easy to respond to reviews) and simple approach to handling the online image has led to nearly 200,000 businesses using their service.
It is at an interesting point of transition after being acquired by InMoment, with its review management software being integrated with InMoment AI. These companies joining forces will accelerate ReviewTrackers ability to more widely accomplish its mission.
