Our take
Maintaining a cyber-secure business is getting more and more difficult, with attacks becoming increasingly more sophisticated. Even top-notch cybersecurity technology does not offer complete protection, as the majority of attacks begin with a human error. Riot provides a cybersecurity awareness program to prepare employees for the possibility of cyber-attack, combatting the human component that makes companies cyber-insecure.
Amongst the many cybersecurity providers, Riot stands out for its focus on awareness. The company provides a cybersecurity companion named Albert that teaches cybersecurity basics to employees in an engaging manner, through chat-based courses of four minutes apiece. Following this, employees are challenged by simulations of phishing attacks, to learn how to respond to real life attacks in a monitored environment.
