Our take

RippleMatch's recruitment software is built specifically for campus recruitment teams looking to automate, expand, and diversify their sourcing of early-career Gen Z candidates. The platform matches college students with positions using AI, meaning that candidates get tailored job matches, and companies get high-quality applications, plus jobseeker data and the ability to set up events and meetings.

RippleMatch has been focussed on scaling up the candidates and companies on the platform, as well as polishing up its algorithm. With big competition in the form of companies like LinkedIn, this latter effort will be key to standing out and proving its chops in the growing job board market.

That said, RippleMatch’s AI matching strategy is already proving popular. Major enterprises like Dell, eBay, and Amazon use the platform, and it has benefited from the growing Gen Z jobseeker demographic who are more amenable to tech-first solutions. With strong funding at its back, the company has every chance to become an interesting disruptor in the space.
