The platform matches college students with positions using AI, meaning that candidates get tailored job matches, and companies get high-quality applications, plus jobseeker data and the ability to set up events and meetings.
RippleMatch has been focussed on scaling up the candidates and companies on the platform, as well as polishing up its algorithm. With big competition in the form of companies like LinkedIn, this latter effort will be key to standing out and proving its chops in the growing job board market.
