Our take
Following the Grenfell tragedy, fire safety legislation was introduced to prevent anything like that event from ever occuring again. However compliance with these new laws is a difficult business for social landlords and managing agents, and with millions of homes in their portfolios getting it right is absolutely paramount. RiskBase provides a range of cloud tools and app to make compliance simpler and more effective, saving property managers time and money and (more importantly) improving the safety of UK's vast managed property sector.
Founded in 2007, RiskBase is a small company but respected in the industry for its innovative product and start-up mindset. It has hundreds of customers ranging from high street retail chains like Boots and Halfords to housing providers like Metropolitan and Peabody. As what was once considered best practice is now the law, property managers and social housing providers are seeking the expert assistance and compliance tools which RiskBase is in an excellent position to provide.
