Our take
In modern application development organisations seek to maximise the value and speed of delivery. Rookout supplies an observability platform to give engineers instant access to any piece of data, and allow them to debug applications whilst live.
Traditional monitoring tools focus on infrastructure, whereas for Rookout the focus is on the code and business logic of applications. Issues can be solved faster, and the mean time to repair is reduced.
Rookout customers include UPS, Jobvite, Santander and Yelp. Recently the company raised $16 million in funding led by Fort Ross Ventures, which is set to accelerate growth and expand operations.
