Rota differentiates itself through its proprietary Total Workforce Technology that helps companies to effectively manage their workforce, maximising productivity and reducing costs. Instead of managing their employees and contractors across multiple platforms, Rota aims to provide clients with a flexible platform that brings the entire workforce into a single easy to use solution.
Funding raised by the company will be invested in attracting new clients and improving its proprietary technology. Rota is posed well to grow, and has already secured major clients including the likes of Sodexo, Hilton, Savoy and Mitie.
