For property owners, it claims it can deliver up to 70 per cent higher income than comparable conventional leases, which is an undeniably attractive lure to the site.
By providing top-notch experiences for both renters and owners, Rove Travel is able to curate top properties and top renters, ensuring it has a quality marketplace on both ends. It also supplies a full property management service for property investors, in which it shares in the overall revenue. Recent funding will ensure it is able to grow the marketplace alongside demand, whilst maintaining the premium level of its listings.
